These terms apply to the ShopPilot billing software provided at shoppilot.in and its sub-domains.
The service
- ShopPilot is provided as a monthly or yearly subscription per shop, at the prices shown on this website (exclusive of GST).
- All plans include all features; plans differ in the number of counters, staff accounts, devices and products.
- You may cancel at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials and staff PINs confidential; you are responsible for activity under your accounts.
- The accuracy of billing data, GST rates, HSN codes and filings remains your business's responsibility. ShopPilot provides tools and reports, not tax advice.
- Use the software lawfully and only for your own business.
Data and backups
- Your shop's data belongs to you. Nightly automatic backups are taken, and you can download backups any time.
- We recommend also keeping your own downloaded backup copies off-server.
Availability and liability
- The billing screen is designed to keep working offline, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified inside the application. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
