ShopPilot ("we") provides billing, point-of-sale and inventory software to retail businesses at shoppilot.in and its sub-domains. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit on this website (name, phone, shop name, city): used only to contact you about ShopPilot. We do not sell or share this with anyone.
- Account data when your shop uses ShopPilot: your business details, staff logins, and the billing, stock and customer records your shop creates. This data belongs to your business.
- Technical data such as anonymous page-visit counts and, for logged-in users, device and audit records that keep accounts secure.
How your shop's data is handled
- Each shop's data is stored in its own separate database, never mixed with other shops.
- Automatic backups are taken nightly; you can download a full copy of your data at any time from your dashboard.
- We access your shop's data only to provide support you ask for, or as required by law.
- We do not sell data, show ads, or share your customers' information with third parties.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep forms secure. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data removal
If you stop using ShopPilot, write to us and we will provide a final export of your data and delete it from our servers.
